Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Online Compliance Training Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Please note the following mandatory technical requirements:

Proposed Solution must be a cloud-based solution that can host training modules.
Trial link(s) to the proposed solution must be provided in the submission.
No indemnity from OPB. The Agreement between OPB and the selected respondent must not contain an indemnity or any other form of indebtedness or contingent liability that would directly or indirectly increase the indebtedness or contingent liabilities of OPB.
