3. How to Obtain Relevant Documents
OPB is posting a Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) on electronic Canadian public tendering systems (MERX and Biddingo), on April 1, 2020, at the same time of posting this Notice of Intended Procurement. Interested suppliers should download the tendering document from the aforementioned Canadian public electronic tendering systems and are asked not to contact OPB for posting information.
4. Description of Procurement
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise Agreement License as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The respondent must be a Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner (LSP).
5. Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options
It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in April and the renewal will be for 220 users on a three (3) year term.

Unless otherwise indicated, all submissions shall be in English only.
