OLG will be selecting a Primary and Secondary vendor for the provision of Sponsorship and Event Activations and Promotion Services on behalf of the following divisions: Corporate, Lottery, iGaming and Horse Racing. OLG reserves the right to add other divisions for the provision of these services at its sole discretion.
The selected Respondents will work closely with various contacts and divisions within OLG, in the provision of expertise in the development and execution of corporate/divisional sponsorship and event programs, including strategic planning, promotional conception, developing partnerships, creative design, sourcing/producing event collateral/equipment and on–site event activation planning, labour and execution.
The term with the Successful Respondents will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for two additional 1-year terms, at OLG’s sole discretion.
