Description

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (“OLG”) is seeking to procure:

a Software-as-a-Service human capital management (“HCM”) and payroll solution for OLG;
services to implement and integrate the SaaS (as defined in RFP Section 11.2) and migrate data to the Solution (as defined below);
support and maintenance services for the fully implemented and integrated SaaS;
ongoing professional services related to the continued operation and management of the fully implemented and integrated SaaS;
business process outsourcing (“BPO”) payroll services; and
BPO human resources (“HR”) processing and voice services.

The successful Respondent will be a SaaS Provider whose role is to oversee the provision and administration of the Solution (as defined in the RFP), provide the Services set forth in Schedule B of this RFP as well as any other Services required to deliver the Solution and related services as described in this RFP.
OLG wishes to sign the Subscription Agreement for a five (5) year initial term, with options to renew, at OLG’s sole discretion, for three (3) further renewal terms of five (5) years on the same terms and conditions.
OLG wishes to sign any External Module Agreement(s) for a five (5) year initial term, with options to renew, at OLG’s sole discretion, for three (3) further renewal terms of five (5) years on the same terms and conditions.
OLG wishes to sign the Implementation Services Agreement for a five (5) year initial term, with an option to renew, at OLG’s sole discretion, for one (1) renewal term of three (3) years on the same terms and conditions.
OLG wishes to sign the BPO Services Agreement(s) for a five (5) year initial term, with an option to renew, at OLG’s sole discretion, for three (3) renewal terms of five (5) years on the same terms and conditions.
