This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to prospective Respondents to submit a proposal to meet OLG’s requirements for translation services to translate documents primarily from English to French. It is the intent that any contract resulting from this RFP will be effective for a minimum of two (2) years, with an option to extend for one (1) year for a total period not to exceed three (3) years.
Occasionally, OLG also requires documents translated from French to English, and English to the following languages.
Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, Indi, Punjabi, Hinglish, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and other languages as requested.

At the conclusion of the RFP evaluation process, Respondent(s) will be identified and may be invited to negotiate agreement(s) with OLG.
