Description

The purpose of this Request for Tender is to find a vendor who can provide the Ontario Energy Board with one hundred (100) laptops at the best price and best delivery date depending on how many laptops can be delivered by the March 31, 2022.

If the vendors can deliver all 100 laptops on or before March 31, 2022, the OEB will accept all 100 laptops.

If the participating vendors are not able to provide all 100 laptops on or before March 31, 2022, then the OEB would like to purchase 50 laptops now with an option to purchase another 50 within the 2021-2022 fiscal period.
Please indicate the number of laptops which can be provided by March 31, 2022.
The vendor will be required to organize delivery of equipment to 2300 Yonge Street, suite 2600.
The specifications for the laptops include the following:

HP EliteBook 1040 x 360 G8 Flip Design – Core i7, 1185G7 – Evo vPro – Win 10 Pro 64-bit , 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD NVMe, TLC, 14” IPS touchscreen HP SureView Reflect 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) @ 60 Hz – Iris Xe Graphics – Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth - kbd: US.
