Tenders addressed to THE NUNATSIAVUT GOVERNMENT, c/o DMG Consulting Limited must be delivered to the office of DMG Consulting Limited, 185 Roe Avenue, Gander NL. and be submitted on forms and in sealed envelopes, clearly marked as to the contents. Tenders may also be submitted electronically to admin@dmg.nf.ca. Tenders will be opened immediately after the tender closing time.
Note that all tenders will be evaluated and contract awarded in accordance with the requirements of Nunatsiavut’s Procurement Act, 2012 C.I.L. P-1 which includes assessment of value for money, and which may include an evaluation of Inuit Content as outlined in that Act. All bidders must complete the Inuit Content Factor Calculation form and attach same to their Tender form, even if the bidder’s Inuit Content Factor score is 0 . Failure to do so will result in a Inuit Content Factor score of “0” being applied in evaluation of the tender bid.
This is a “Stipulated Price Contract” and the scope of work generally involves but is not limited to the following:
• General overall construction of a New Community Office and Daycare located in Rigolet, NL. Construction is two level, combination steel and wood frame with metal siding. Total building area - 1,170.0 m2. Relocation of existing sheds plus demolition and removal of existing DHSD building.
A bid security of 10% will be required.
The Nunatsiavut Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender for this project.
