Description

The present cleaning area is assessed at approximately 19,000 square feet for Head Office and 1100 square feet for the Warehouse. The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials (with exception of those stated within), tools, and equipment necessary for the performance of the cleaning work in accordance with the cleaning requirements described, at the times provided for in a careful and workmanlike manner.
