Pretender Meeting and Site Visit
A non-mandatory pretender meeting (conference call) will be held at 1:00 PM local time,
on February 15, 2022.
The pretender meeting may use screen share features to enable Bidders to
examine the work.
Bidders who wish to attend pre-tender meeting via conference call shall contact
(email) the Consultant by 3:00 PM local time on February 14, 2022 to receive
MS Team Meeting Invitation. The meeting invitation will be sent by end of the
day on February 14, 2022.

The digital copy of the TENDER shall be submitted by electronic mail, directed to the
attention of the OWNER’s Receiving Officers (Airport and Consultant), and confirmed
receipt of the TENDER by telephone or email with the OWNER’s Receiving Officer
(Consultant) by Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 2:00:59 PM local time:
