Description of the Work:
Work for this project includes the renovation of four existing washrooms and four offices, creation of new universal washroom and meeting room totaling +/- 1,800 sf (167sm) of renovated space. The existing lobby is to be demolished and new vestibule and lobby space created totaling 1,100 sf (102 sm).
This project also includes demolition and new mechanical systems, ductwork, electrical services and systems, Structural steel and minor site works.
This project will be broken into Two Phases as follows:
Phase One: Commencement of Lobby renovation and Washrooms TC43 and
TC47. Washrooms TC43 and TC47 to be completed and fully operational
before phase two work can commence.
Phase Two: Continuing with Lobby work and the commencement of the renovation
work in Meeting TC16, Janitor TC18, Universal Washroom TC20, Washroom TC22
Washroom TC24 and Office space TC01, TC01a, TC01b and TC01c.
The work must be completed by March 31, 2022.

If a Bidder or Major subcontractor (the "Attendee") is interested in attending this Bidders Briefing, the Attendee must provide Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccination), complete a daily health screen, they shall wear a facemask and any other required safety or personal protective equipment (PPE) required by the Ministry of Health or Niagara Region Public Health department.
All Attendees must complete a COVID-19 Guest Confirmation Form – Proof of Vaccination and submit it to the College Contact no later than 3:00:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Attendees shall receive an email with instructions including a “barcode” to be used to ”tap” or “sign-in” at the designated entrance upon arrival to the Site Visit.
