Description of the Goods and/or Services:
The Project includes the following:

Remove and dispose of existing vinyl flooring and all adhesive on Lundy corridors and Simcoe elevator.
Supply and installation of Cermaic, Porcelain and Quartz Tile flooring that will meet the requirements of the College.

This Project is located at Niagara College, the Welland Campus located at:

100 Niagara College Boulevard in Welland, Ontario.

Required areas:

Corridors on the main level located at Simcoe wing.
One (1) elevator located at Simcoe wing.
Corridors on the main level located at Lundy wing.
One (1) stairway located at Lundy wing.

All drawings and specifications have been included for your reference as Appendix A. The College reserves the right to add, remove, or modify this Scope of Work as appropriate. The Supplier may be asked to perform similar work at any College location for up to one (1) additional year.
