Background: Existing Chiller, Series R Helical Rotary Chiller, cycles frequently, approximately five to six times per hour.
Problem: The Chiller is not operating efficiently and may wear-out prematurely.
Solution: The College will consider the introduction of other possible modifications to create redundancy in the system. A viable option may include a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
Desirable outcome for the College:
- Chiller operating as efficiently as possible
- Reduced operating costs
- Prolonged life of the current chiller
Required Delivery/Installation Date: December, 2021
