Description

The North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking Proposals for Snow Removal and De-Icing Services for its Main Site (50 College Dr.) and Central Ambulance Communications Centre (43 Ferris Drive) located in North Bay, Ontario.
Snow Removal and De-Icing Services shall include, but are not be limited to:

1. 1. 1. Plowing of ice and snow;
    2. Removal of ice and snow, including all drifted and blown snow;
    3. Removal of snow and ice from building entrances, courtyards and sidewalks;
    4. Application of approved de-icing materials;
    5. Removal of snow from the Sites, as required;
    6. Removal of residual de-icing materials, sand and debris,
    7. Preventive measures to preclude buildup of snow and ice accumulations, with an emphasis on sidewalks and at main entrances;
    8. Spring season sweeping, removal of accumulated sand and salt, and catch basin cleanout;
    9. Supply of all labour, supplies, and equipment necessary to safely and efficiently undertake the Services.

The meeting will include a review of the NBRHC site, followed by a visit to the Central Ambulance Communicate Centre located at 43 Ferris Dr. in North Bay.
