Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Purchase AV/IT Equipment for Modernization Projects
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide AV/IT Equipment for Modernization Projects. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Bidder will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of equipment Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
It is anticipated to receive the Deliverables preferably by March 31, 2021 or alternative no later than April 31, 2021. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
