Project Summary
The purpose of this Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to invite qualified firms/agencies to submit a proposal to provide General Help Services in the following categories on an “as and when required” basis, for the Canadian Museum of History (100 rue Laurier, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 0M8) and the Canadian War Museum (1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0M8).

The Museum wishes to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with up to five (5) Companies/ Agencies for “General Help services” from August 1st, 2017 to July 31st, 2019 (2 years) with an option to renew for three (3) additional period of 1 (one) year for the following Categories:

Call-ups contracts against the SOA will vary in the type of services required, duration and in fee scales up to $24,999. The Museum may elect, if fees are projected to be greater than the call-up limit, to call for competitive submissions. The Museum makes no guarantee of the value or volume of projects to be assigned to the successful proponent(s)
