Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) to establish a Source List for English Writing Services
The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential proponents who have experience in providing English writing services. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent(s) who may then be invited to be included on a Source List (SL) for eventual work required either for the Canadian Museum of History (CMH), located at 100 Laurier, Gatineau, Quebec, or the Canadian War Museum (CWM) located at 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario.
The objective of this RFPQ is to prequalify seven (7) proponents to provide English Writing services who will be placed on an SL to provide services on an “as and when required” basis for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of establishment of the SL.
If mutually agreeable between the selected Proponents and the Museum, this SL may be extended for up to four (4) additional one-year periods with the same terms and conditions.
The selected proponents will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following steams:
Stream 1: Speech Writing
Stream 2: Corporate Communications and Marketing Products
Stream 3: Academic Writing
To be considered, Proposals must be received as requested in the RFPQ documents before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the RFPQ document for further details.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFPQ. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFPQ documents.
Proponents that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
The Museum retains the right to negotiate with the Proponents on any aspect of the procurement.
Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The successful Proponents will be informed by email.
