The Municipality of North Grenville is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a parking study in Downtown Kemptville. Proposals should provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of the community. This study is expected to provide recommendations and develop a parking plan based on its efforts in inventorying and mapping existing public and private parking while analyzing parking needs and opportunities.
