Description

The Municipality is seeking a qualified consultant to design an audio/video (AV) system set-up in Council Chamber to host hybrid Council meetings. It is expected that the successful proponent will prepare an assessment of the current Council Chamber AV equipment. The successful proponent will also develop a suggested implementation plan that includes timing, anticipated costs, and a detailed list of equipment which will be separately tendered (along with installation services).

A mandatory site meeting is set for July 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Municipal Centre at 285 County Road 44, Kemptville, Ontario. Proponents wishing to attend the mandatory site meeting must register with Heather Babcock-Cormier at hbabcock-cormier @northgrenville.on.ca by noon on July 15, 2022.

Event Note

A mandatory site meeting is set for July 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Municipal Centre at 285 County Road 44, Kemptville, Ontario. Proponents wishing to attend the mandatory site meeting must register with Heather Babcock-Cormier at hbabcock-cormier @northgrenville.on.ca by noon on July 15, 2022.

The site meeting will allow potential proponents to assess the scope of proposed project, site requirements and any measurements required for the proposal. Access to the Council Chambers and AV will be made available at this time. As-built drawings for existing equipment will be made available for viewing to the extent that the Municipality has such drawings. Copies will not be provided.
