Description

This contract is for the removal and replacement of sidewalk sections located in various areas throughout the Municipality Lambton Shores. Specific instructions and a list of locations are included in Section 2 “Schedule of Items and Prices”.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to review all areas listed and satisfy themselves with existing conditions prior to submission of tender documents.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
