A tender deposit in the amount of $70,000.00 shall accompany all tenders, in the form of a certified cheque or Bid Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labour and Materials Payment Bond for the total value of the contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Construction shall commence after September 18, 2017 and be totally complete by June 30, 2018 (with interim completion date of November 15, 2017).
