MNS-DB2024-011 - Citizen Information Database

Métis Nation–Saskatchewan(MN-S) currently requires the design and development of a database that will store citizen data gathered by Métis Nation–Saskatchewan(MN-S), as well as the design and development of applications to allow multiple departments to create, reference, augment, and modify this data. The intent of this RFP is to obtain an offer to perform work to develop this database and supporting applications from existing citizen data, under the agreement outlined herein . MN-S intends a scalable highly secure solution to protect sensitive data and files of citizens, which must be PIPEDA and HIPA compliant. The work is to be initiated immediately after execution of the Agreement takes place. Work is to be performed within the timeline that is negotiated between MN-S and the Proponent prior to execution of the Agreement, based on the successful Proponent’s RFP submission. All submissions shall be prepared and submitted, and the RFP process administered, in accordance with the following requirements.
