Bidding Process: Tender Documents will be available electronically beginning March 7, 2022 upon receipt of the following documentation:

Certificate of Insurance showing proof of the following coverage:
1. General Liability - limits of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence and with a property damage deductible not exceeding $2500.
Proof of CORTM or SECORTM registration
Proof of registration with a recognized Home Warranty Program.
WCB Clearance Letter showing company bidding is currently in good standing

Documents should be requested along with providing the above information by email to sabeidbokser@whrc.ca . Tender results will be closed and not made public. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
