Description

The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals from professional, experienced and qualified firms for Construction Management Services for the proposed development of an 18-unit apartment block at 260 Toronto Street in Winnipeg, MB (the “Project”).

260 Toronto had been home to an 18-unit apartment for the past 117 years, and failed structurally in 2018. Demolition of the existing building was coordinated by the Owner and is scheduled to be complete the first week of May, 2020. Removal of the existing foundation was included in the demolition.
