Description

In accordance with U of W objectives, U of W travelers will be encouraged to utilize travel services including travel reservations, hotel and car rental through the selected travel agency. As a result of this RFP, it is the intention of the U of W and its departments to be able to monitor and manage travel expenditure more effectively.

The selected travel agency will be expected to provide quality, full service travel accountability to include on-line booking of reservations, 24-hour corporate travel assistance, hotel accommodations bookings, full business travel account management reporting along with the ability to identify and flag travel patterns, recommend cost saving solutions, and maintain for the U of W, the highest level of service in an effective, timely manner.
