The U of W is seeking the implementation of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) software. The university is seeking a software as a service (SaaS) solution toward the moving forward with the development of a focused ERM program for the U of W campus community. Future expansion possibilities may be required.
The university is looking to strengthen its overall approach to managing risk, with an appropriate tool which will improve and incorporate a more robust and proactive ability to identify, document, manage and communicate our risks, along with engaging key stakeholders throughout the process. The implementation of an effective software solution seeks to improve workflow by creating a centralized system for campus community wide interaction and reporting, in an effort to improve our risk awareness visibility, improve and streamline risk management processes and through data driven analysis, effectively mitigate risk and reduce loss event costs.
An effective ERM software solution should also reduce redundancy between departments, by harmonizing a digital platform for team interaction and a move away from existing paper driven processes.
The bidder must design, supply, install, implement, test and commission the new system. Training our community staff is an integral part of the requirements. The bidder will provide licenses and warranty on software. Building of reports, risk management tools, user manuals and provide 5 years of backend system maintenance, application upgrades and support without any additional cost.
Delivery, installation, operational testing and commissioning must be completed by October 17, 2022.
