Thank you for your interest in the Town of Niverville (Town).To ensure fairness and consistency in the bidding process, the Town has put forward a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a Functional Design Report for Provincial Road 311 within the Town’s municipal boundaries.

The Town has seen rapid growth over the last decade and with it challenges to its transportation system.This study will create a proactive plan for access management and improvements to the local road transportation network.The intention is to use this plan for systematic upgrading as development requires.

The goal is to maintain and protect PR311, which is the Town’s Main Street, as an urban arterial street providing safe vehicular and pedestrian access to local facilities.Concurrently, the goals are to minimizing delays for through traffic and provide an overall acceptable level of service for the Town’s traffic operations as relating to Main Street.
