The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified engineers for a price to survey, design and complete IFC drawings of the parking lot on the new Community Campus. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on December 7th, 2018 or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing.
The scope of the project will involve surveying to ensure design works within constraints of the utilities and infrastructure. A design of this parking lot can be seen in Appendix A. The successful proponent must be able to complete the design prior to January 18, 2019. Tendering, Contract Administration and Record Drawings may be a scope change at such a time as construction occurs.
