A Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2019, at the location of Kelvin High School, General Office, 155 Kingsway Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.
The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond, for 50% of the contract price.
In addition to the above the successful bidder must provide liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $5,000,000.00 inclusive limits prior to start of work.
