Description

1. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
  1. Work of this Contract comprises the installation of a new equipment for the existing MDR. This equipment includes a chemical sterilizer in the clean side of the MDR and a Neptune waste management system in the Endoscopy storage room. Instrument air cylinders will be installed in the existing oxygen room to serve an air outlet in the MDR. A new reverse osmosis (RO) faucet will be installed in the existing triple compartment sink in the MDR.
  2. The infection control procedures shall be the scope of work of the Region Infection Control Trade, directly working for the owner.

1. MANDATORY SITE VISIT
  
  A mandatory site visit for Bidders will be held on June 7, 2023 commencing at 10:00 am Winnipeg local time. See bidders instructions for proposed schedule for visits.
  
  Attendees are to assemble in the front parking lot at Ste. Anne Hospital, 52 Rue St Gerard S, Ste Anne, MB.
  
  The site visit is mandatory for all Bidders who wish to submit bids for this Project. Failure to attend and sign in will result in your bid not being accepted. Subcontractors are welcome, but not required, to attend.
SPECIFICATION REVISIONS

  Refer to item 1.5 Site and revise clause .3 as follows,
  
  “.3 A MANDATORY site visit for Bidding Contractors will be conducted on June 7, 2023,
at 10:00 am. Meeting to take place at Ste. Anne Hospital, gathering at the front entrance.
All bidders submitting a tender MUST attend this site visit.”
