1. MANDATORY SITE VISIT
  
  A mandatory site visit for Bidders will be held on November 17th, 2021 commencing at 10:00 am local time.
  
  Attendees are to assemble at the main hospital, Tache entrance atrium.
  
  The site visit is mandatory, and failure to attend will not result in your Bid being rejected. Subcontractors are also welcome to attend.
  
  Bidder’s participating in the site walkthrough are required to sign-in and will be required to complete beforehand the Information and Agreement for Visitors on Business form.
