1. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
  1. This Contract includes work, materials and procedures as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications and other documents referenced or related to this project.
  2. Work of this Contract, identified as Project No. SS-HSC-2529-19, consists of the replacement of the existing preaction sprinkler system in the MS Building, including, but not limited to, a new nitrogen generator and phasing of work within 24/7 spaces within the hospital.
  3. Provide a fire watch for prolonged shutdown of the fire sprinkler systems.

1. A final non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday October 6, 2021 from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm. Contractors are to enter the hospital at 820 Sherbrook to be screened prior to tour.
