Contractors should visit the site in order to fully comprehend the work involved, and should make all investigations necessary regarding the extent and nature of the work involved, special conditions, restrictions, etc. No allowance will subsequently be made for failure to make proper site investigation, or to completely understand the full nature of the work                                         involved.

Non-Mandatory site visit:    Site visit will be conducted on March 22, 2022 at 10:00. Attendees are to assemble at the reception desk at Grace Hospital, Winnipeg Manitoba.

Additional site visits are permitted but must be arranged with contacts named above.

Questions arising at site are to be directed in writing to Consultant. No verbal answers or responses given at site are considered as binding. Only written responses from Consultant by Addendum will form part of the Project Manual.
