Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Lithotripter Equipment, Consumables and Service as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
Shared Health is looking to establish a partnership with a Proponent for the supply of Lithotripter Equipment, Consumables and Service including installation of the Equipment and the removal of the existing Equipment at Health Sciences Centre (HSC) site.
