This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Steam Trap Survey, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The objective of the Steam Trap Survey is to identify energy losses and optimize steam utilization within various healthcare facilities in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Aligned with Efficiency Manitoba's steam trap program (https://efficiencymb.ca/business/steam-trap-program), all aspects of this survey, including deliverables, must strictly adhere to the program's specified requirements. The survey endeavors to pinpoint and rectify issues associated with failed, leaking, oversized, or misapplied steam traps, ultimately bolstering energy efficiency and curtailing operational costs.
The Supplier will be required to provide all equipment, labour, and services required to complete the Steam Trap Survey.
