SS-FM-0026-MB - Request for Proposal (RFP) for Workwear and Workwear Laundering Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Workwear and Workwear Laundering Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Supplier shall provide Workwear and Workwear Laundering Services including but not limited to fire resistant and arc flash clothing. Services shall include workwear pick-up at each of the Purchaser’s location on a weekly basis, or as indicated by the Purchaser.
The Supplier must be able to effectively manage garments contaminated with bio-hazardous materials (chemicals, blood, blood products, or other bodily fluids such as fecal matter and potential pathogens).
The Supplier shall supply, on as requested basis, the following workwear items, including but not limited to:
(a) Pants
(b) Shirts
(c) Jackets
