Description

The RM of Pipestone invites your company to provide pricing for graveling within the Municipality of Pipestone. On average, the Municipality gravels between 25,000 – 30,000 yards per year.

Haulers are expected to use the shortest haul from designated pits where possible.
Haulers will be allowed to travel Municipal Roads during Spring Road Restrictions under the supervision of our Manager of Public Works & Infrastructure.
Municipal Program for Graveling: -

First round of graveling to be completed by May 15, 2021. Average 16,000 yds.
Second round of graveling to be completed by July 31, 2020. Average 5,000 yds.
Spot graveling throughout the construction season.

Please include with your submission the following:

Estimated Start Date
Price per Yard/Mile Rate (Price to include all charges)
Price per Yard to Load (Price to include all charges)

Please submit proposals by March 24, 2021. Proposals can be mailed, faxed or emailed.
The Municipality of Pipestone shall have the right to reject the lowest and any or all proposals and accept any proposal that they may consider in the best interest of the Municipality.
