College Space is a finite and expensive resource. Within the last year, the college has revitalized its focus on all facets of space planning. We have collected College leadership input on space principles that will be included in a new Space Use policy to guide space decisions on campus. We are developing two space committees (general and instructional) to guide space decisions and achieve alignment with renovation priorities and budgets. We are working on developing college-wide furniture standards to promote a common expectation in classrooms and administrative areas. In the near future, we wish to conduct a Campus Space Plan to serve as a guiding document for interior space planning priorities and decisions.

The purpose of this ITQS is to solicit quotations from qualified vendors to complete two important exercises that will help move the college forward in formalizing space processes and enhancing decision-making.
