All proposals are to be labeled “Paving Tender” and submitted no later than 12:00 pm on November 30th, 2021 by way of sealed envelope to the Municipal Office either in person or by mail to:

As per The Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone’s Tendering and Procurement Policy 2016-001 states in Section titled Process and Guidelines;
“c) Tenders and request for proposals will be opened at a meeting of council.”
Proposals will be reviewed by Council on December 1st, at the Committee of the Whole Council Meeting, at 10:00 am.
The purpose of this request for tender is to seek quotes from qualified contractors to perform resurfacing throughout areas in our Urban communities.

COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate
As per Resolution 2021 265;
Whereas the Municipality will require Mayor, Councillors, Municipal staff and peoples entering any municipal buildings to be double vaccinated for Covid - 19 with the following stipulations;
1. First dose to be completed by September 30, 2021;
2. Second dose to be completed by October 28, 2021;
3. Detailed Drs note for people who may be medically exempt from receiving the vaccination must be shown prior September 30, 2021;
