Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a supplier to provide window and glass cleaning services at MBLL locations listed.
The closing date for submission is March 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM Winnipeg time.

Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of 3 years with MBLL’s option to extend the contract for up to two additional 1 year periods.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

Additional Bidding Instructions

A site visit for the Buffalo place location will be held on March 1, 2023, to ensure Bidders properly understand the size and nature of the areas to be cleaned. Each bidder is expected to carefully examine the site(s) at which the services are to be provided and fully inform itself of the existing conditions and limitations.
Attendance is optional and not mandatory but is strongly recommended for Bidders to submit a quote.
