E-Procurement Solution

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a supplier to provide a commercial, off-the-shelf cloud based electronic procurement (E-Procurement) solution in alignment with the requirements set out in the RFP document. This will include licenses and / or subscriptions to use the system as well as implementation, configuration, and support services.

The key objectives of this RFP are to acquire a platform that will:

increase process efficiency
reduce or eliminate manual processes
minimize the number of systems and formats required

reduce processing time
standardize steps in the procurement and contract management process
provide consistent supplier management functionality

The closing date for submissions is November 19, 2018 at 4:00 PM Winnipeg time.

MBLL will enter into a multi-year contract for licensing, subscriptions, support, and maintenance. MBLL would prefer at least a 5 year initial term, however the actual term is negotiable.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
