Manitoba infrastructure (MI) – Water Management Engineering and Construction is inviting qualified Engineering Service Providers (ESP) to submit a proposal to undertake Professional Engineering Services for the detailed design and construction support services for a new stoplog lifting device on the Rapid City Dam.
