Description

SCOPE OF THE WORK
The Work shall consist of all that is required for the supply and delivery by the Contractor of various
aggregate material products including topsoil or for the pick-up of such materials by the Purchaser
throughout Manitoba. The areas have been divided into Manitoba Hydro Operating Regions as per
Appendix A. Please note the "Northern Region” is not part of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Note: The Bidder may bid on all or any Region(s) including: "Supply and Delivery of Material”
and/or the "Supply of Material for Purchaser Pick-Up”.

CONTRACT DURATION
The Purchaser expects the Contract to commence on or about January 01, 2019 for a period of one
(1) year to December 31, 2019. The Purchaser reserves the right to extend the contract for up to 2
additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement between the Contractor and the Purchaser.
