DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
The scope of Work shall include construction access, clearing, foundation installation, tower assembly, tower erection, conductor stringing, and overhead ground wire stringing for up to approximately 42km of the new 230kV R44H transmission line. The detailed scope and requirements of the Work are provided in Schedule II –Technical Requirements.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:
All Submission Forms in Envelope A are duly completed and, where required, duly executed (SF A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4, A.5 and A.6; SF A.1.1 if the Proponent is a Multiple Entity Proponent).
- Proponent has obtained an Agreement to Bond (SF A.2)
- Proponent is COR certified or has obtained an equivalent safety certification (SF A.3)
- Proponent agrees, if awarded a Contract for the Work, to follow Manitoba Hydro’s Environmental Protection Plan (SF A.4)
- Proponent’s commitment to Indigenous engagement is a minimum of Indigenous Labour and Indigenous Content (by dollar value) as per (SF A.5):
- i) Minimum Indigenous Labour Requirement shall be 47%
- ii) Minimum Indigenous Content Requirement 20% (by dollar value)
- Proponent has signed its Proposal (SF A.6)
