As part of the Homelessness Strategy the Province of Manitoba has made a public commitment to add 300 Social Housing Units throughout the province. The purpose of this NRFP is to solicit proposals from qualifed proponents for the development of social rental housing units. Financial assistance from Manitoba Housing is availbable to help offset the capital cost related to their development.

Deadline for questions is August 29, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the NRFP Administrator Sandra Oberdorfer at housingprograms@gov.mb.ca. Bid submission deadline is September 5, 2023 at 2:00:00 P.M. (CDT). This submission shall be in physical form only. No other forms of submission is accepted for this NRFP. Proponents must submit four (4) hard copies of their Proposal and one copy in Adobe PDF format on a USB stick, addressed as follows and delivered to:
