This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, The Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a fire alarm and exit signs replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).

The Owner requires the services of a Contractor for a 19 story high rise building located at 601 Osborne St, Winnipeg. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the installation and testing of a new fire alarm system, smoke alarms, exit lighting; and the demolition of the existing equipment. Work site location will be occupied during construction.

A Mandatory site visit will is scheduled on September 23, 2021 at 9:00AM local time.
Mandatory attendance is required of all general contractors. All other sub trades are optional attendance. Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.

Deadline for questions is October 12, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is October 26, 2021 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
