Description

The Government of Manitoba is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to provide:

Oil Well Abandonment Services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment).
- The Petroleum Branch, Agriculture and Resource Development intends to decommission 23 inactive oil wells in Manitoba over a three (3) year period.
Oil and Gas Facility Abandonment Services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment).
- The Petroleum Branch, Agriculture and Resource Development intends to decommission two (2) inactive oil and gas facility in Manitoba over a three (3) year period.

The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to obtain Submissions from qualified Contractors to provide the Services described in this RFSO and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent(s) whose Submission is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
