Description

The Government of Manitoba as represented by the Ministry of Families, requests Proposals from qualified Evaluators meeting the requirements contained in the Request for proposal (RFP) to provide: An Evaluator to assist with the assessment of transformation funded programming under the Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) Program. The Transformation funded programs focus on barrier reduction, employability enhancement, and labour market attachment.
The department is seeking an evaluator to employ an evaluation of these programs in order to better assess program effort, efficiency, effectivenes and outcomes to gauge the value for money and better strengthen supports for individual in receipt of EIA.
