Description

The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, Procurement and Supply Chain, seeks to select Proponent(s) through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process to deliver various stages of category management for Collaborative Procurement Initiatives which may include Broader Public Sector organizations within the province of Manitoba.

Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Proponent(s) whose Proposal is ranked highest for each individual Category when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

Manitoba reserves the rights to select one or more Proponents for the identified Categories. For clarity, a Proponent may be assigned to deliver outcomes in more than one Category as determined by the outcome of Technical and Financial Evaluation.
