The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Manitoba Central Services, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Manitoba Business Transformation and technology, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide:

Manitoba is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for Call Centre Management services for Government of Manitoba.

Manitoba obtains voice communication and hosted contact centre services via agreements with service providers where the provider retains ownership of, and responsibility for, the underlying equipment, software and delivery of services.

Manitoba’s current telephone services are comprised of Centrex Lines, Single and Multi Business Lines and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) phone systems.
Manitoba currently subscribes to approximately:

34 Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Queues with 200 Agents
17 Uniform Call Distribution (UCD) Queues with 300 Agents
9 Hosted Contact Centres with 92 Agents/Logins
