Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from qualified Service Providers to provide Call Centre services.
Conservation and Climate requires Call Centre Services for customers who want to make campsite and facility reservation transactions through the Parks Reservation Service. The call centre will use Manitoba’s Parks Reservation Service (PRS) software platform to make the reservation, cancellations or changes to an existing reservation and take payment over the phone.
